Consumers really have lots of decisions these days on what they feed their families. This video is a helpful tool to decipher the difference between grass finished and grain finished beef.
While according to this video, the nutritional value in grass fed beef is the same as in grain fed beef, I would still choose grass fed. In all of the research that I have done, I have found that grass fed beef has fewer calories and less fat than traditional grain fed beef. I used to be a vegetarian, but now that I eat meat again, it puts my mind at ease knowing that the cattle are treated in a more humane way when they are able to graze in a pasture! My only trouble is that I live in an area where grass fed beef is not readily available. I would love to support local farmers, but cannot always do so. One of my good friends suggested ordering my Grass Fed Beef online at La Cense Beef. I have been very happy with every kind of steak that I have ordered. I especially love the fact that they are delivered directly to my front door!
I also live in an area where grass fed beef is not readily available. I would love to support local farmers, but cannot always do so. I think it's great shopping for my grass fed beef on line because I don't have to worry about picking out an inferior piece of meat. If you are interested in finding good quality meat, I know a great place to buy the best beef online. LaCense Beef sells high quality, grass fed beef that is antibiotic free, pesticide free, and hormone free.I can truly tell you that they are the only meat I will eat because they are much healthier and tastier than the alternative. Try them you won't be sorry.
Look at it this way. A cow gives birth to two calves, three max. A tomato gives birth to hundreds and a fish thousands. Some die and some live (ie, seeds/eggs). Cattle should be fed the stuff they were designed to eat. Tomatoes grown the way they were designed to be grown. Ban Monsanto and stop the madness!!!
